If Hogan's Heroes Was a Book

Imagine if there was a book form of "Hogans Heroes". It would be quite exciting and adventurous, just like the TV show. Hogan's Heroes is a delightful mix of humor, danger, hard work, and love. I would definitely read that book series.

There are a few older TV shows that were also written as books, like "Bonanza" for example. That book series was written fairly well, and gave much more detail than a 20 minute episode could.

There is a lot of information that can be held in a book, so it could be written as a series of books. Each book could be the tale of each of the seasons, or it could retell select episodes in more detail, or even express new stories not told in the original TV series. Either way, it would make for an amazing book series!

I do not own the original photos used in this edited collage. Neither do I own Hogan's Heroes or any of it's characters. All rights go to their owners. Thank you.

Hogan surrounded by film and cameras

Bob Crane played Colonel Hogan in the TV series "Hogan's Heroes" and was in many films. This photo appeals to that fact. It also plays homage to his career as a radio personality, as seen in the photo in the background. Crane is smiling, as his Hogan persona, in the picture in the front.
